Juan Greene

VP, Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management, EMEA and SAIL Regions

Juan R. Greene serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management for EMEA and SAIL Regions. He is an experienced Manufacturing Operations Executive whose global experience and leadership skills have helped organizations develop Operational Excellence Cultures that deliver World-Class performance.

His experience of 25+ years with globally renowned organizations, such as Johnson Controls, ITT, Cooper Standard Automotive, and Honeywell have provided him with in-depth knowledge and expertise across multiple sectors including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, and Industrial Products. Over the years, Juan has developed a keen business acumen by working with a with a broad customer base in highly regulated environments. He has been instrumental in the successful development and deployment of Global Lean Enterprise Initiatives across large and complex multi-site manufacturing environments employing 5,000+ Associates.

In his tenure with ITT, Cooper Standard Automotive and Honeywell, Juan played an instrumental Operations Leadership role within the M&A and Investor Relations Group that resulted in the successful acquisition and integration of multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution centers across the globe that significantly enhanced product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities. He joined Dover in January 2017 as VP Global Operations and Supply Chain for DESTACO and prior to this role he served as Dover Corporate VP, Operational Excellence for the North American Region.

Juan holds an MBA from Saint Leo University, a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from University of Guadalajara. He also completed an Executive Development Program at Notre Dame University.

In this role, Juan will commute from San Diego, California and primarily work out of Dundee, UK.
