Chad Taylor is a dynamic HR leader with extensive experience driving transformative HR initiatives and optimizing organizational performance across various industries. He has successfully led HR functions for large, mid, and small-cap companies across several different companies from heavy manufacturing to technology companies, aligning HR capabilities with business strategies to drive significant EBITA growth and operational efficiencies. Known for his strong business acumen, collaborative leadership, and pragmatic approach, Chad has consistently delivered impactful HR solutions that support organizational objectives and foster inclusive, high-performance cultures.

Chad holds an executive MBA from the University of Massachusetts, a Master's of Human Resources from Michigan State University, and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies from McMaster University. Chad is actively involved in his community, serving homeless needs through Mobile Loaves & Fishes, doing prison ministry as well as on board of the School of Human Resources & Labor Relations at Michigan State University. Chad is an avid world traveler, having been to Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Australia, China, throughout South America, and Africa. These experiences have enriched his perspective and leadership approach, making him a well-rounded and inspirational leader.
